Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales and Marketing Agent, located on-site in Meru. The Sales and Marketing Agent will be responsible for driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, training staff, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting Host Pro’s services, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies
Experience in Training and mentoring staff in sales and customer service techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Previous experience in the web hosting industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree,diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
